Control Assembly: Testing and Inspection

CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT INSPECTION

1. Connect the all center panel connectors.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON position.

Terminal Voltage Table (Reference) - Terminal (1A):

Terminal Voltage Table(Reference) - Terminals (1B - 1J):

Terminal Voltage Table(Reference) - Terminals (1K - 1Q):

Terminal Voltage Table(Reference) - Terminals (1R - 2D):

Terminal Voltage Table(Reference) - Terminals (2E - 2L):

3. Measure the voltage at each climate control unit terminal and refer to the terminal voltage table.
- If there is any malfunction, inspect the parts listed under "Inspection item(s)" and the related wiring harness.
- If the parts under "Inspection item(s)" are found to be normal, replace the climate control unit.
