Air Mix Actuator

AIR MIX ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the following parts:
1. Glove compartment
2. Console
3. Meter hood
4. Instrument cluster
5. Column cover
6. Lower panel
7. Steering shaft
8. A-pillar trim
9. Front scuff plate
10. Front side trim
11. Side panel

3. Remove the dashboard.
4. Remove the A/C unit installation nuts.
5. Remove the blower unit.
6. Remove the duct (2).




7. Remove in the order indicated in the above table.
8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
